  • Tuberculosis screening-PPDs

  • Pre-employment physicals

  • Hearing evaluations

  • Pulmonary function tests

  • Flu vaccines at the company site

We understand that an hour lost can never be recovered. So our job at Elkhart Occupational Medicine is to do everything possible to get your injured or ill employee back on the job as quickly and safely as possible.

  • If you have an outstanding balance with the Elkhart Clinic, please contact the Walk-In Office by phone prior to requesting an appointment.

  • If you are having chest pain or have suffered a major trauma, go to the nearest emergency room.

  • Dr. Rakhra does not do medication refills for chronic conditions, manage psychiatric disorders, or see patients under the age of 6 months.

  • Other insurances accepted, but may be considered as out of network benefits. Please check with your insurance plan.
